FOOD:
Seeds, fruit, berries and leaf buds.
DISTRIBUTION:
A small region in the northern portion of Zimbabwe, around Zambezi River and the Victoria Waterfalls (Africa).
NOTES:
These are sweet and peaceful birds even when housed with fellow species. It has been observed that these birds like to bathe early in the mornings and late in the afternoons. They are excellent breeders.
