DISTRIBUTION:
Northern Tanzania, introduced to Dar Es Salaam.
NOTES:
These are probably the most popular of the lovebirds because they are such good natured little creatures. The call of this lovebird is a very high pitched twittering. They nest in holes of trees, crevices in buildings or even in old nests of swifts.
