FOOD:
Fruits, seeds and vegetables, berries and bread.
DISTRIBUTION:
Southern Mexico, Central America and the north and western section of South America.
NOTES:
Amongst the most wonderfully coloured of the Macaw species. These are extremely sociable and affectionate birds, but they become noisy when frustrated and bored. As with all the Macaw species this one loves to bathe.
